This is because FortuneCity has repeatedly failed to fix several technical problems, has failed to answer email complaints with anything other than form mail, has added popups and other annoying features, and now has pulled a stunt whereby if a user refuses the cookies, all graphics are replaced by the FortuneCity logo, messing up the pages entirely.
